Admin & HR Manager

RVK is looking for Admin Manager – To manage overall administration & HR of a particular RVK location; required for Delhi, Ranchi, Jaipur, Mirzapur & Hyderabad on full time basis, who will be responsible for:

Skill set required:

  • Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities
  • Vendor Management & Office Administration (Adequacy of Stationary / Provisions / Refreshments / adequacy of volunteers) Courier & Dispatch / also making record of Local maintenance.
  • Co-ordination and maintenance of systems related to House keeping.
  • Managing vendors and keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts and AMCs.
  • Query and grievances handling of the employees & volunteers.
  • Issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters & Confirmation Letters.
  • Discussing & formalizing new policies with Management.
  • Number of Positions: 4

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum graduate with atleast 5 years of HR/Admin or related experience.
  • Should have prior experience in managerial position.
  • More than 30 years of age.
  • Good communication & reporting skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary around 35-40k per month & other benefits as per policy.
